The new London Plan will require B6 impacts to be calculated in accordance with the updated SAP 10 emission factors.
The new London Plan Life Cycle Assessment policy will require the sequestered carbon of timber products to be included in the A1-A3 modules AND also reported separately in accordance with the relevant RICS paragraph. The RICS guidance requires the sequestered carbon to be calculated using the EN 16449 formula. It would be nice if the […]
When creating a custom tables in the analysis tab it would useful for the app to remember it when I browse through the app and go back in the analysis tab.
As a user I need to compare the various design options with each other through the use of comparative graphs, charts etc. It would very useful if there was a “Results” tab at the Structure level where these results could be displayed. The user would also be able to define which designs to include in […]
As transportation of construction labour is out of the system boundary for EN 15978 assessments, it would be good if there was an easy way to turn these impacts on and off through the
It would be handy if I could change a material’s main category (e.g. from superstructure to external works) from the material’s properties window as currently the only way to do this is via bulk swap or creating a new template.

It would be useful if the user could modify the templates from the project space. It’s currently possible to delete items, however adding new ones would also be very useful. Ideally when completed it should be be possible to make it available to their personal library and then validate it and make it public as well.
When deleting nested templates from a master templates in a project, the app takes the users back to the design’s main page. It would be good if it remained in the nested templates page to allow the user to continue deleting unwanted nested templates.
It would be nice if I could download the custom tables I create in the Analysis Tab in excel. It is currently possible to transfer the data by copying and “special” pasting in excel but it does need some manual work in formatting as some cells are not pasted in the right position.
As a user I need to quantify the benefits of designing my building or parts of my building for disassembly in which case in the EoL these elements will be dismantled and reused in another building. As per the EN 15978 requirements I want this to be reported as a separate scenario.
