Looks like you’re only able to scale costs for inputs that have been assigned to the ‘Construction & Replacement’ life cycle stage. This template is not considered an initial capital cost hence why you can’t scale costs. If you want to be able to scale the cost for this particular template, you’ll have to assign the inputs to the ‘Construction & Replacement’ life cycle stage, which means the GWP impacts will be reported under the construction stage rather than maintenance/cleaning stage. You might want to discuss this with a BRE assessor whether this option is appropriate for your situation.
