Motivation (why we need this feature): Better template management & organisation. More ease of use of template library., Which regions need the feature?: Global, Which projects types does the feature support?: Buildings, Infrastructure, Fit Outs, Landscaping, Which ratings systems require the feature?: GSB initially but could be used in all applications.,

As an eTool administrator, it would be very useful to be able to add public tags to templates so that our users are able to filter them out accordingly.

This could also be useful to users if they could add private tags at an org level so that they can create & filter templates according to their own preference.
