This will increase confidence of the users who use them and have a better idea of what's behind these items., Which regions need the feature?: Global, Which projects types does the feature support?: Buildings, Infrastructure, Fit Outs, Landscaping, Other, Which ratings systems require the feature?: N/A,

It would be nice to have a brief description of items similar to the templates’ description which can be shown in small pop up windows. Could potentially also replace the templates’ description for consistency.
