The London Plan Policy for Circular economy assessments requires that we calculate the % of recycled content by value for the development in question. Its a relatively straight forward calculation, is this something that can be added as a generatable report?

Mark template as ‘Unlocked’ when an element in the template has been replaced using the bulk swap tool
As reviewer, when a user uses the bulk-swap tool to swap elements out in a template, I won’t be able to tell they have done that as the templates remain marked as ‘locked’. It would be helpful to flag the template as ‘unlocked’ when they do that.
