    Make Certifier Comments Editable within the Review Round

    As a certifier, it would be helpful if I could still edit my posted comments within the round of review before I notify the client that it's their turn to respond.
    Certifier Motivation (why we need this feature): For a more professional look as you're able to edit any mistakes which you realise later on in the review. This can also reduce the amount of confusion to the user., Which regions need the feature?: Global, Which projects types does the feature support?: Buildings, Infrastructure, Fit Outs, Landscaping, Other, Which ratings systems require the feature?: N/A

    As a certifier, it would be helpful if we could reassign the certifier for a certification when the situation calls for it.

    As an eTool admin/certifier, it would be very helpful to be able to see who created a template and who has edited it even after it's been validated/made public.
